Week 3: how I redirected emotion into action and rebuilt control without changing the situation.

Week 3 is where everything turns into momentum. You’ve stabilized and detached, now you face something deeper: meaning. The story you attach to what happened.

This week is about reframing that story. Not ignoring what happened, but choosing a perspective that gives you power. You stop asking “why did this happen to me?” and start asking “how can I use this?”

Reframing isn’t avoidance and it’s direction. It’s converting emotion into action and loss into leverage.

This is where you move from managing yourself… to building yourself.

And that’s where real growth begins.
