Stop Saying Yes to Bullsh*t That Doesn’t Serve You

Every weak yes drains your power, fractures your focus, and keeps you stuck building someone else’s priorities instead of your own.

We are living in an era where access is constant, expectations are elevated, and attention is under attack.

The pressure to say yes is no longer occasional, it is systemic.

Yes to another meeting.
Yes to another collaboration.
Yes to another platform.
Yes to another urgent request.
Yes to another conversation about the latest headline.

But here is the uncomfortable truth:

Most people are not overwhelmed because they have too little time.
They are overwhelmed because they protect too little of it. My dad would say, “Time is a commodity.”

Saying no without guilt is no longer about personality.
It is about survival, strategy, and sustainability.

And in this moment, culturally, economically, technologically and boundaries have become one of the most valuable assets you can own.
